AeA Appoints President of ASI to its Executive Board

ROSWELL, Georgia, July 19, 2006 – The AeA, the largest high-tech trade association in the U.S., has named Dr. Norm Geddes, president of Applied Systems Intelligence, Inc., to the Executive Board of the association’s Southeast Region. The AeA, formerly known as the American Electronics Association, represents all segments of the electronics industry and serves electronics companies and software companies through 18 regional offices throughout the country. The association has a very strong presence on Capitol Hill.

As a member of the AeA Board, Dr. Geddes will be working diligently with the AeA to raise awareness and foster solutions to improve interest in a science and engineering education, which is a serious concern for global competitiveness.
