The ideal candidate will have experience or be familiar with government reporting requirements and government contracts, in addition to having aviation technology and software engineering experience. The incumbent is responsible for developing the project plan, including the time line and sequencing of activities required to achieve on-time project results that meet or exceed customer requirements. They are also responsible for developing and managing the project budget and are accountable for overall project success to support the major government prime contractor. This position involves complex problem solving in high degrees of uncertainty. The need to accuracy and effective problem solving is high. Errors in judgment may cause delays and adversely impact project and program outcomes.
